okbk8 Terms & Conditions

The okbk8 platform is available exclusively to natural persons who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the platform:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with Philippine responsible gaming standards and PAGCOR-aligned age verification requirements. Gambling by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of okbk8, its parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliated gaming software providers.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or organization for the purposes of gaming on the okbk8 platform.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

To access the full range of okbk8 services, you must register a personal account. Each eligible individual may maintain only one (1) active account on the platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — including accounts under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to notify okbk8 promptly if any of your registered information changes. okbk8 relies on the information you provide for identity verification, fraud prevention, and payment processing.

• Your account credentials — including your username and password — are your sole responsibility. You must keep them confidential and not share them with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• okbk8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account via your registered Philippine mobile number.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify okbk8 immediately via the 24/7 live chat support channel.

okbk8 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where there is reason to believe the account is being used in violation of these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbk8 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where appropriate, referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, verification, or any interaction with okbk8 support or payment teams.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in any game in a manner designed to obtain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping, signal sharing, or coordinated betting.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers, free bets, or promotional credits in a manner inconsistent with their stated terms, including through coordinated accounts or bet-hedging strategies designed solely to unlock bonus funds.
• Money Laundering: Using the okbk8 platform — whether intentionally or unintentionally — to deposit, withdraw, or transfer funds for the purpose of concealing or laundering proceeds of illegal activity. okbk8 complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines.
• Software Interference: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any software that interacts with the okbk8 platform in a manner not authorized by okbk8, including tools designed to predict game outcomes or manipulate RNG results.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access any part of the okbk8 platform or another user's account without authorization.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent or unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank, GCash, PayMaya, or any other payment provider in connection with okbk8 transactions.

All financial transactions on the okbk8 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). okbk8 does not charge currency conversion fees on PHP transactions. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your okbk8 account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the okbk8 finance team. Most GCash withdrawals are completed within minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Verification: okbk8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawal requests. This is a standard anti-fraud and AML compliance measure.
• Withdrawal Source Matching: Withdrawal payments will generally be made to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. okbk8 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant account balances in accordance with its account maintenance policy.

okbk8 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players. The availability, terms, wagering requirements, and expiry dates of all promotions are set out in the specific promotion terms presented at the time each offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• okbk8 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where a player has already accepted a specific offer and satisfied the applicable conditions.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• Any attempt to abuse promotions — including but not limited to coordinating bonus claims across multiple accounts or employing low-risk betting strategies purely to extract bonus value — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings.

okbk8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okbk8 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okbk8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the okbk8 Privacy Policy.
